Overview
This pilot randomized controlled trial compares the effects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy against a no-treatment control group on symptoms, anxiety, depression, and quality of life in individuals with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
