E-health intervention in pregnant women exposed to intimate partner violence (eIPV): Results of a pilot randomised controlled trial
Overview
This pilot randomized controlled trial evaluated the feasibility of recruiting pregnant women who screened positive for intimate partner violence into an e-health intervention study in Spain and Denmark. The research assessed consent rates and adherence to a delayed e-health package, finding that recruitment was difficult and data collection incomplete. The authors conclude that a full-scale effectiveness trial is likely unfeasible without significant methodological adjustments.
