Association of Suicide Prevention Interventions With Subsequent Suicide Attempts, Linkage to Follow-up Care, and Depression Symptoms for Acute Care Settings
Overview
This systematic review and meta-analysis examines the association between brief acute care suicide prevention interventions and three primary outcomes: subsequent suicide attempts, linkage to follow-up care, and depression symptoms. The study includes data from 14 clinical trials involving 4270 patients, pooling effect sizes to estimate the impact of single-encounter interventions on these measures.
