The Online Strength-Informed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Among COVID-19-Affected Adolescents
Overview
This paper reports on a small-scale, quasi-experimental study evaluating an online Strength-informed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (SACT) intervention for adolescents aged 10-12 during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research involved 47 participants completing a 10-week program, with outcomes assessed at pre-intervention, post-intervention, and a 3-month follow-up. Results indicated significant reductions in anxiety symptoms and improvements in quality of life over time.
