Overview
This article reports on a three-month follow-up of a randomized controlled trial comparing online acceptance and commitment therapy (iACT) to treatment as usual for adults with persistent physical symptoms. The study included 103 participants and examined outcomes related to somatic symptoms, depression, and anxiety.
