Resilience eDBT: Development and Usability Evaluation of a Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Training App for Eating Disorders
Overview
This paper describes the development and usability evaluation of Resilience eDBT, a dialectical behavior therapy skills training app designed for managing eating disorder symptoms. The authors outline the app's framework and content structure, then report on a mixed-methods usability assessment conducted with ten symptomatic individuals. Results indicate good usability scores and positive feedback regarding ease of use and design, while noting limitations such as the small sample size.
