Fatigue relief is possible
Overview
This mini-review synthesizes evidence on behavioral interventions for chronic fatigue across various clinical and non-clinical conditions. It identifies cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, yoga, and physical activity as consistently effective methods for mitigating persistent fatigue. The authors suggest these shared efficacy patterns point to common neurophysiological regulatory mechanisms underlying the condition.
