Client perspectives of internet-based treatment for depression in Arabic-speaking countries
Overview
This study explores client experiences with internet-based cognitive and interpersonal treatments for depression among 93 participants from Arabic-speaking countries through qualitative interviews. It identifies positive changes in coping, personal growth, and symptoms, while also noting negative shifts and hindrances such as technical difficulties and program structure issues. The resource is relevant for clinicians and researchers interested in the perceived effectiveness and barriers of digital mental health interventions in this specific demographic.
