The associations of emotion regulation, self-compassion, and perceived lifestyle discrepancy with breast cancer survivors’ healthy lifestyle maintenance

This study examines how emotion regulation, self-compassion, and perceived lifestyle discrepancy relate to healthy lifestyle maintenance in 145 breast cancer survivors.
