Yet the normative implications of indeterminacy, relationality, and measurement remain largely unaddressed outside philosophy of physics. This work initiates the first systematic juridical framework derived from quantum foundations. It does not propose new physics. It asks: if the universe is participatory, what are the ethics of participation? *Core contributions:* 1. *Novel Interdisciplinary Field:* We define _Quantum Jurisprudence_ — the extension of juridical reasoning to ontological structures revealed by quantum mechanics and thermodynamics. The seven doctrines formalize concepts including _Quantum Personhood_, _Ontological Harm_, _Relational Jurisdiction_, _Entropic Debt_, _Modal Liability_, and _Vacuum Sovereignty_. 2. *Formal Architecture:* We introduce testable juridical axioms with mathematical structure, e.g. $\mathcal{R}_q = \hbar \cdot \frac{||\psi_{\text{superposed}}||}{||\psi_{\text{collapsed}}||}$ for superpositional rights, and $\mathcal{H}_{\text{ont}} = \sum_{i} P_i V_i$ for ontological harm. These are not physical laws but normative operators enabling quantitative ethics of measurement. 3. *Relevance to Physics Community:* The measurement problem, quantum Darwinism, and decoherence have ethical dimensions. Experimental programs at CERN, LIGO, and quantum computing labs actualize possibilities while foreclosing others. _Lex Quantum_ provides the first framework for _Ontological Impact Assessment_ in high-energy and quantum experiments. 4. *Policy Implications:* As quantum technologies scale, society will need non-anthropocentric legal structures for entanglement networks, probability management, and thermodynamic accountability. This paper anticipates that need. *Fit for _Nature Physics_:* _Nature Physics_ has a tradition of publishing foundational work that reshapes how physicists conceptualize their field — from Wheeler's "law without law" to Rovelli's relational QM. _Lex Quantum_ continues that line by asking what law looks like when reality is lawless. It bridges physics, philosophy of law, and ethics of science, targeting your interdisciplinary readership. *Technical rigor:* All physical claims are anchored in peer-reviewed foundations: Rovelli 1996, Fuchs et al. 2014, Wallace 2012, and standard QFT. The juridical extensions are built by analogical reasoning standard in legal philosophy. No modification of quantum formalism is proposed. *Author statement:* I am the developer of _Iconomics_ and _Constitutional Control Theory_, and I confirm this work is original, not under consideration elsewhere, and complies with all _Nature_ policies.
