Internet-based cognitive behavior therapy for obsessive compulsive disorder: A pilot study
Overview
This pilot study evaluates an internet-based cognitive behavior therapy program with therapist support for individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder. The open trial involved 23 participants completing a 15-week course focused on psychoeducation, cognitive restructuring, and exposure with response prevention. Results indicate reductions in OCD symptoms and depressive symptoms, along with improved general functioning among those who completed the primary outcome measures.
