Smartphone cognitive behavioral therapy for prevention of depressive symptoms in patients with recurrent pregnancy loss: an exploratory decentralized, parallel‐group, multicenter, open, individually randomized, fully factorial trial
Overview
This randomized trial explores the preventive effects of a smartphone-based cognitive behavioral therapy application for depressive symptoms in patients with recurrent pregnancy loss. The study analyzed data from 419 participants across 32 different combinations of five CBT components to determine which elements were most effective. Results indicated a statistically significant overall reduction in depressive symptoms over eight and twelve weeks, but no specific component outperformed others, nor was there a significant reduction in anxiety.
