How to Better Manage Insomnia in French Cancer Patients With a Guided Internet‐Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy? The Sleep‐4‐All 2.0 Real World Multicenter Single‐Arm Interventional Study
Overview
This study evaluates a real-world multicenter intervention combining internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (ICBT-I) with phone guidance from a psychologist for cancer patients. It reports adherence rates and insomnia remission outcomes at 6, 12, and 24 weeks among 310 participants who initiated the program. The resource also identifies baseline characteristics, such as employment status and digital skills, associated with varying levels of benefit from the intervention.
