A 6-month supported online program for the treatment of persecutory delusions: Feeling Safer
Overview
This paper describes a proof-of-concept study of 'Feeling Safer,' a six-month guided online CBT program for persecutory delusions supported by mental health professionals. The resource is intended for clients with persistent persecutory delusions and clinicians facilitating the intervention. The indexed text reports results from a small cohort trial (n=14) showing large reductions in delusion severity and improvements in related symptoms, alongside high user satisfaction.
