Effectiveness of compassion-focused therapy on self-criticism of the women applying for divorce
Overview
This quasi-experimental study examines the impact of compassion-focused therapy on self-criticism in women applying for divorce. The research involved thirty participants divided into experimental and control groups, with the former receiving eight sessions of CFT. Results indicated that CFT significantly reduced self-criticism levels compared to the control group.
