Overview
This randomized clinical trial examines the impact of an internet-delivered mindfulness stress reduction combined with acceptance and commitment therapy (IMSR-ACT) on health anxiety and quality of life among caregivers of COVID-19 patients in Iran. The study involved 72 participants who received nine weeks of intervention via WhatsApp, with outcomes measured using standardized health anxiety and quality of life questionnaires before and after the program.
