The Effect of Group Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Consciousness Yoga Program on Quality of Life and Fatigue Severity in Patients with MS
Overview
This quasi-experimental study examines the impact of an eight-session group Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and conscious yoga program on 24 patients with Multiple Sclerosis. Participants were divided into intervention and control groups to assess changes in quality of life and fatigue severity using standardized scales.
