Comparison of the Effectiveness of Min Dfulness- Based Cognitive Therapy with Compassion- Focused Therapy on Resilience and Psychological Well- Being of Subjects with Multiple Sclerosis

This study compares the effects of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and compassion-focused therapy on resilience and psychological well-being in men with multiple sclerosis. The semi-experimental design involved thirty participants divided into treatment and control groups, with results indicating that both therapies improved outcomes compared to no treatment. The benefits persisted through a follow-up phase, with no significant difference observed between the two therapeutic approaches.
