Third‐wave cognitive behaviour therapies for weight management: A systematic review and network meta‐analysis
Overview
This systematic review and network meta-analysis evaluates the impact of third-wave cognitive behavior therapies on weight and health outcomes in adults with overweight or obesity. The authors analyze data from 37 studies, including 21 randomized controlled trials, to compare these interventions against standard behavioral treatments. The resource is intended for researchers and clinicians interested in evidence-based weight management strategies.
