A 5-Year Follow-up of Internet-Based Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Social Anxiety Disorder
Overview
This study examines the long-term outcomes of internet-based cognitive behavior therapy for social anxiety disorder by following 80 participants five years after treatment completion. The authors report that significant improvements in social anxiety symptoms, measured by self-report scales and diagnostic interviews, were sustained over this period with large effect sizes. The resource is intended for researchers or clinicians interested in the durability of digital mental health interventions.
