Effects of an online group program based on acceptance and commitment therapy for young employees on well-being: single-case A-B design
Overview
This single-case A-B design study evaluated an online group acceptance and commitment therapy program for young employees in Japan. The research involved 24 participants across three 90-minute sessions, with baseline and intervention phases spanning several weeks. Statistical analysis using a hierarchical Bayesian model found no significant improvement in well-being or related work outcomes for the majority of participants.
