Experiences of a Motivational Interview Delivered by a Robot: Qualitative Study
Overview
This qualitative study explores user experiences with a motivational interview delivered by a NAO social robot focused on physical activity. Twenty participants interacted with the scripted robot and provided written feedback, which was analyzed for themes regarding usability, motivation, and engagement. The resource describes findings that participants generally found the interaction clear and nonjudgmental, though some noted limitations due to the lack of individualized responses.
