155. EXPLORING LSD MICRODOSING IN AN OPEN-LABEL PILOT FOR MAJOR DEPRESSIVE DISORDER: THE INTERPLAY OF BEHAVIORAL ACTIVATION, MOOD IMPROVEMENT, AND CONNECTEDNESS
Overview
This open-label pilot study analyzes semi-structured interviews with 17 participants who completed an eight-week LSD microdosing regimen for major depressive disorder. The qualitative findings identify themes including increased connectedness, behavioral activation, improved mood, and better coping mechanisms, alongside some reported side effects or lack of change. The resource is intended for readers interested in the subjective experiences associated with psychedelic research and clinical trials.
