Mindfulness- and acceptance-based interventions for patients with fibromyalgia – A systematic review and meta-analyses
Overview
This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluates the health effects of mindfulness- and acceptance-based interventions, such as MBSR, MBCT, and ACT, for patients with fibromyalgia. The study analyzes nine randomized and quasi-randomized controlled trials to assess outcomes including pain, fatigue, sleep quality, psychological distress, and quality of life. It also examines intervention content and delivery components using the TIDieR checklist. The resource is intended for researchers and clinicians interested in evidence summaries for this patient population.
