Internet-delivered cognitive behavior therapy for children and adolescents: A systematic review and meta-analysis
Overview
This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluates the efficacy of internet-delivered cognitive behavior therapy (ICBT) for children and adolescents with psychiatric or somatic conditions. The authors analyzed 25 studies, finding moderate between-group effect sizes when ICBT was compared to waitlist controls. The resource is intended for researchers and clinicians interested in the accessibility and outcomes of digital mental health interventions for youth.
