The mediating role of mindfulness in the relationship between digital health literacy and e-healthy nutrition literacy
Overview
This study examines how mindfulness mediates the relationship between digital health literacy and e-healthy nutrition literacy among university students in Turkey. Using data from 616 participants, the authors found that mindfulness significantly strengthens the link between these two types of literacy. The resource suggests that integrating mindfulness into digital health interventions may support healthier eating behaviors in this demographic.
