Home practice in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: A systematic review and meta-analysis of participants' mindfulness practice and its association with outcomes
Overview
This systematic review and meta-analysis examines the volume of formal mindfulness practice completed by participants in MBCT and MBSR programs and its relationship to treatment outcomes. The authors report that participants generally completed about 64% of their assigned home practice, which was associated with a small but significant positive correlation with intervention results.
