Outcomes of Online Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Patients With Residual Depressive Symptoms
Overview
This randomized clinical trial evaluates Mindful Mood Balance, a web-based mindfulness-based cognitive therapy application for adults with residual depressive symptoms. The study compares outcomes of the digital intervention combined with usual care against usual care alone over a 15-month period in primary and behavioral health settings.
