Internet Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Women With Postnatal Depression: A Randomized Controlled Trial of MumMoodBooster
Overview
This randomized controlled trial evaluates the MumMoodBooster, a six-session internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy program designed for women with postnatal depression. The study compares the intervention, which includes interactive modules and telephone coaching, against treatment as usual in a sample of 43 participants. Outcomes focus on clinical remission rates and symptom severity measured via standardized diagnostic interviews and self-report scales at baseline and twelve weeks.
