Integrated Mindfulness and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Improves Cardiopulmonary Performance and Psychological Stress in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension
Overview
This randomized controlled trial examines the effects of a six-week program combining mindfulness-based stress reduction with cardiopulmonary rehabilitation on 50 patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension. The study measures changes in cardiopulmonary exercise capacity, hemodynamic parameters, and psychological stress levels compared to a control group receiving standard pharmacological management and health education.
