Online Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Emotion Dysregulation in People With Chronic Pain
Overview
This randomized clinical trial evaluates an online dialectical behavioral therapy program for adults with chronic pain and significant emotion dysregulation. The study compares a nine-week intervention combining therapist-guided sessions, an app, and self-learning materials against standard treatment as usual. Primary outcomes focus on changes in emotion regulation scores among participants in Australia.
