Feasibility of the mobile mindfulness‐based stress reduction for breast cancer (<scp>mMBSR(BC)</scp>) program for symptom improvement among breast cancer survivors
Overview
This pilot study evaluates the feasibility and impact of a mobile mindfulness-based stress reduction program for breast cancer survivors delivered via iPad. The research involved a single-group pre-posttest design with 15 female participants who completed treatment for stages 0-III breast cancer. Results indicated significant improvements in psychological and physical symptoms, including depression, anxiety, stress, sleep quality, and fatigue, after six weeks of the intervention.
