Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Stuttering: A Case Series
Overview
This case series examines the effects of cognitive behavior therapy on five male clients diagnosed with stuttering. The intervention included psychoeducation, relaxation techniques, cognitive restructuring, and assertiveness training. Outcomes were measured using standardized scales assessing stuttering severity, anxiety, dysfunctional attitudes, self-esteem, and quality of life.
