A mixed-method process evaluation of guided online cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia in patients with borderline personality disorder
Overview
This mixed-method process evaluation examines the implementation of guided online cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia in 30 patients with borderline personality disorder. The study utilizes the RE-AIM framework to assess reach, effectiveness, implementation, and maintenance through patient surveys, therapist logs, and qualitative interviews. Findings indicate that personalized guidance and behavioral strategies were valued by participants, who also expressed a need for better integration of sleep treatment into standard care.
