Effect of White Noise Therapy Combined with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy on Clinical Symptoms, Psychological Stress and Sleep Quality in Depressed Patients
Overview
This retrospective study examines the impact of combining white noise therapy with cognitive behavioral therapy on clinical symptoms, stress, and sleep in patients with mild to moderate depression. The research compares outcomes across conventional treatment, CBT alone, and the combined intervention over a 12-week period using standardized psychological scales. Results indicate that the group receiving both therapies showed greater improvements in depression severity, emotional regulation, and hope levels compared to the other groups.
