A randomized controlled trial of an interactive digital therapeutic for stress and burnout management
Overview
This randomized controlled trial evaluates reviga, a self-guided digital intervention based on cognitive behavioral therapy, designed to reduce work-related stress symptoms in adults. The study compares 147 participants receiving the intervention alongside treatment as usual against 143 control participants receiving only standard care. Results indicate significant improvements in perceived stress, anxiety, burnout, and quality of life at three months, with effect sizes increasing at six-month follow-up.
