Comparetive of Emotional Focused Couple Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy on Marital Adjustment and Marital Satisfaction
Overview
This quasi-experimental study compares the effects of Emotional Focused Couple Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy on marital adjustment and satisfaction among couples in Isfahan. The research involved 45 couples divided into EFT, ACT, and control groups, with data analyzed through repeated measures analysis of variance. The authors report that both therapeutic interventions were effective in improving the measured outcomes.
