Optimization of academic performance and mental health in college students through an AI-driven personalized physical exercise and mindfulness intervention system
Overview
This study evaluates an AI-driven system that combines personalized physical exercise and mindfulness to support the academic performance and psychological well-being of university students in eastern China. The 16-week trial compared outcomes for students receiving AI-tailored interventions against those receiving standardized interventions or no intervention, measuring changes in GPA, stress levels, and physiological indicators. Results indicate that the personalized group experienced greater improvements across these metrics than the comparison groups.
