Making the Connection
Overview
This CBT handout presents two exercises linking self-statements to emotional outcomes using everyday scenarios. Part One asks readers to identify feelings resulting from given thoughts, while Part Two requires generating thoughts that lead to specified emotions. The resource is designed for clients or students learning cognitive-behavioral concepts.
