Effects of an 8-Week App-Based Mindfulness Intervention on Mental Health in Working Women: Randomized Controlled Trial
Overview
This randomized controlled trial evaluates an 8-week smartphone app-based mindfulness intervention for working women, comparing outcomes against a waitlist control group. The study assesses changes in general psychological well-being, work-related metrics, and family-related indicators through web-based questionnaires. Results indicate significant improvements in life satisfaction and reductions in perceived stress, depressive and anxiety symptoms, and trait anger among participants.
