Internet-vs. group-delivered cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia: A randomized controlled non-inferiority trial
Overview
This randomized controlled trial compares guided internet-delivered CBT (ICBT) with group-delivered CBT (GCBT) for insomnia in a sample of forty-eight adults. The study reports that both modalities resulted in significant improvements in insomnia severity and sleep parameters, with ICBT demonstrating non-inferiority to GCBT at post-treatment and six-month follow-up. The resource is intended for researchers or clinicians interested in comparative efficacy data between digital and traditional delivery formats.
