Promoting university students’ well-being and studying with an acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)-based intervention
Overview
This paper explores the impact of an eight-week online Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) course on university students' well-being and study skills. The study utilized pre- and post-course questionnaires and qualitative learning journals from 143 participants to assess outcomes. Results indicated improvements in psychological flexibility, time management, and stress reduction among the student cohort.
